This is a six week course (meeting once a week on Mondays, 4-5:15pm or available as video) designed to help us navigate our own circumstances & the world with compassion & kindness.

Each week will have theme and will be supported with both video & written materials to enhance your class experience.

Each class will include gentle yoga movements, breathing techniques & meditation practices.
